A leader cannot pretend to be so busy that he ignores the disengaged on his team...such a leader will soon be disfranchised. His primary job is to engage the disengaged for a common journey to the vision !!! A team task fails when some team members being disengaged are pre-occupied or tend to pursue their own agendas and are thus not pulling in the same direction. Either you are pulling with the leader or you are pulling against the team !
