Inclusivity

Too much cacophony around inclusivity. My simple understanding .... inclusivity is the very 'seed' of human co-existence.
 
 Sensitivity, Equality, Equity & Diversity.
 
 Sensitivity that makes you listen to the chirping even of the small birds amidst the cacophony, hustle and bustle of life...
 
 Equality in spirit that does not make one evaluate options and take decisions merely on the basis of power and strength of the entities.
 
 Equity that makes decisions be taken impartially, in fairness and with even-handedness.
 
 Diversity that makes one appreciate the beauty and creates collective value through stretch of the range.
