Do you recognise him?

A lesson most leaders forget....I sent this doodle randomly to 40 of my friends /connections with a little message..."do you recognise him ?". Eager to know the response ? 31 of them said ofcourse and gave me a name. A different name. Maybe different, but surely each one of us has this guy as a reference point !!!!
