 The positive Talent Life-cycle of an enterprise needs to always be aligned. Generally one finds over emphasis on the Talent Acquistion process...but once the person joins the Co, none of the other talent processes operate. Naturally, the enterprise does not reap benefit of the high cost talent acquisition. Occassionally, event based activities are indulged in under the erroneous belief that it would motivate and engage talent. Very short-sighted perspective.
