Organisations therefore need to support their leaders with high potential talent who have not only the capacity but also the boldness to correctly counsel and advise the leader when they find their leaders in a state of distress.
 
 Role Reversal becomes critical at such times. Followers have a very important role to play as guards to the leader in the drama of success. Leaders also need tacit feedback and should gracefully be shown a mirror when they go wrong not only by their leaders but also by their dependable followers.
