A Matter of Perspective

Your View Determines Your Success
 
 It matters not much the current level at which you are.  What really matters is your View and your Perspective around it.
 
 Our happiness with the Organisation we work for is determined by the view we prefer to see from where we are standing. You could be down but looking upwards progressively as much as you could be high up there but not willing to look higher. Worst, you could be looking downwards and have a regressive view.
 
 Those who develop the ability to have an all round view will develop an evolved perspective and thus will always progress.
