Positive Chain of Happiness

Positive Practices create an enabling environment. Enabling environment leads to engagement. Engagement leads to happiness. Happiness triggers a state of 'flow'.  Flow generates flourish. Flourish creates Value. Creating Value is the purpose of business.

What surprises me often is the inability of otherwise capable, sharp and smart business leadership to understand this simple chain of happiness that leads to enterprise 'flourish' .
