Repentence And Regrets ...

Both are post event emotions. One when actions initiated go awry. The other when actions necessary were not initiated.

The Action guy may repent but he never regrets. But if such repentence is occasioned regularly either by haste, poor judgment or due to faulty logic, that needs to be seriously investigated, worked on and improved.

But if in the other hand, the will to act itself is dissipated or abandoned, there is no hope.

If these were the only two options and I had to opt for one necessarily, I would be on the side of repentance and not regret.
