Sankranti and Sankrasur

Legend has it that an evil monster named Sankarasur used to torture and kill people on Earth without rhyme or reason....very much like the demon COVID, which has been killing thousands of our people on earth and no one knows why.

Goddess Sankranti, on hearing this, landed on Earth and in an fiercely fought battle, killed the devil. The festival of Sankranti is thus celebrated to mark the downfall of the evil monster Sankarasur. 

No doubt (planned or coincidental), the Indian Manufacturers of the vaccine released the drug to reach our states to insulate & protect our people on the Makar Sankranti day.

May like ever before, we win this battle against this unseen demon.
