Caught in it's own web of intertwined turmoil & confusions in the volatile market reality, Corporates find it very difficult to untwine themselves from their problems.  Classical strategies, traditional Leaders & old weapons find no application or effect in this complex war for survival. Wanted is a brave leader ... like Alexender who is willing to respect traditions and find a solution first from the acceptable ways.  But upon realisation that it may not work, has the courage to pull out his sword without much delay and take a brave decision to cut through and slice the Gordian knot to find a definite way-forward.
