Human behaviour in Groups

Human behaviour in Groups is different from the pattern of behaviour left by himself. Whilst operating in a group, the motivator and driver of behaviour is the desire for membership & affiliation with the group & its values, whereas when one is operating by himself/ herself, it is independent reasoning and self values that drive behaviours. Often we get shocked seeing behaviours & hearing views of people in a Group particularly when they are shokingly contrary to the views they hold But that is particularly how human psychology works and we have to work thru it if we wish to succeed in creating value through people.
