Just Do It ...

Some deep seated behavioural maladjustments drive us to procrastinate. You realise the criticality and the need. But the inner prompt to suspend action overtakes both.

The chemical reactions within actually make you believe that future is a better condition to solve or resolve this issue and the current time is best to rest.

It is a self-destructive indulgence which none can afford. There is only one medicine that can recast the balance right.

Dont make a laundry list of all pending things. Most will remain undone. Instead, identify that one big thing you need to do without fail today ...

Thereafter, just get up now and Do It !
