Look back at history. Most Kings are generally strong and backed by mighty #Martial Power. Atleast compared to their subjects.
But history remembers and recalls Kings not those who used fanatical power to rule and supress but those who used wisdom and fantastic grace to foster growth.
#Corporate leadership has forthright lessons to learn
from leadership history. They contextually are bestowed with power. They will be loved and remembered likewise for the grace and wisdom they show and not by naked use of power they use.
Under-prepared leaders who have not been coached well, tend to depend on and fall back only on use of Power to deliver.
Power needs to be used but wisely.
