Happiness is an insider game. External environment provides stimuli but yr reaction emerges from within. The 'Remote Control' over all channels of peace shld always be within yr control. A colleagues promotion, unfair increment..such are realities that will keep recurring at workplace. If you allow such irritants to stress, you will never achieve happiness for yourself. John Lenon grew up with his mother telling him..happiness was the only purpose of life. He wrote that in his essay on the subject - 'Your Ambition In Life'. The teacher wrote..it seems you have not understood the assignment. To that John wrote back..it seems you have not understood life !
