Soft And Gentle

It is not the hard push but the gentle nudge that directs the elephant to ascend the truck.

Likewise, it is never the harsh reprimand of the Manager but authenticity of serious conversation of the Coach within that fosters change in behaviours. 

 Long live love, care, affection. Conversations always win. The problem may be big and strong. But never underestimate power of the soft and gentle.
