The doubter asks...what is credible leadership ? The doctor says......Credible Leadership is about reciprocal relationships between the leader and his constituents. It is based on authenticity. It is not about occupying a corporate position...or about possesing threatening power that forces others to obey or about having special skills or possessing some unique art or expert knowledge by itself which the others do not possess. Credible leadership is about authentic relationships that the leader has built with other constituents of his team based on which he out- reaches and inspires them to assert common action in the collective good of the organisation.
