Winners Banish Self-doubt ! Get over the Imposter Syndrome.
Sometimes, in a room-full of winners in which you are invited to tell your story, you feel like an imposter. You look around & self-doubt takes over. You feel small. In a way, socially naked. You feel like an imposter. Many great winners suddenly suffer from anxiety-attacks as they get-up to make a public speech. In Psychotherapy says Pauline Glance, the 'Imposter Syndrome' is a reality. Each one of us has more to learn. It does not however mean that stories of our achievements until now are not worth listening to. Listening to other stories, your self-doubt takes over. Makes you feel insignificant...you feel like an Imposter. You feel that our story lacks a punch. Do not worry. Self-doubt sometimes takes over yr confidence. Fight-back. Winners banish self-doubts. They never compare their inner anxiety with external bling & cosmetic composure of the others. Remember, no one is perfect. Everyone goes thru these moments of self-doubt. They say I speak well when I deliver public addresses..thank God. Promise you, each time I get up to speak, the 'Imposter' within me, without fail attacks. My self-confidence luckily gives it a knock-out punch, each time. Thank God.
