You don't want to land up having an organisation full of trigger-happy Robinhoods !!!!As a learning style, 'Imitation' continues as a preferred style from child-hood well into adult-hood. One sees traces of it being reflected in the Corporate world as well. This is why Corporates need to put a hold on the trigger-happy 'Robinhood' style of leadership.
