Fearlessness is an admirable virtue of a great leader. Says Confucius ... the way of a superior man is threefold... 

Virtuous, he is free from anxieties; Wise, he is free from perplexities; Bold, he is free from fear. Fear is an insidious virus. Allow fear not to have any tenancy and breeding space over the tiniest plot in our minds, for if you do so, it will vey quickly permeate the whole body of our work; it will drain away our spirit and block the forward path of our endeavors. The worst sorrows in life are not in its losses and misfortunes, but its fears. Leaders capture their fears.
