You age when you stop learning.  When you fear something and tend to run away from it,  you give it power over you. New learning is bound to become a necessity for existence in a new world. One tends to block new learning by extending and stretching the old way into the new way of life. But that is at your peril. Tricycle champions are comics in bicycle races ! Change is not your enemy. When you think you are growing old, don't go to a beauty parlour. That is superficial. You may just look younger for a short time. Rather you learn a new way of the new world . You will feel younger and much longer!
