The 'Cave-man' model of leadership is passe. In the changing world, the giant leader no longer is expected to be tall, brutally strong or amazingly skilled in martial arts. He could be puny, not necessarily built with a '6 -abbs' body architecture and could actually be short. He could yet be a leader making gigantic contributions and thus be laballed a 'tall leader'. A tall leader would in modern times, hardly look like the archetypal embodiment of 'a strong leader'. But such leaders certainly reflect vitality that is really non ethereal and are resplendent with an aura unlike other human beings. And that is what makes them contribute tall !!! They give tall than look tall !!! That maketh the difference !
