A cardinal blunder of the Change drivers is to fight the existing reality. Change has to be made attractive such that the superior new reality attracts migration to the new alternative without resistance than to stay struck to the old reality and suffer ?  In absence of a positive new model, the battle for change becomes a limited challenge over dimensions of the existing reality. This is not desirable & thus avoidable. The new age change agents are purpose driven, believers in smart work and appreciate collaborations. They are quick at grasping their choice and they prefer to migrate automatically to a new model or a new reality that is superior and delivers better. This is a bloodless coup , a silent manifestation of change. It therefore behoves to develop an alternate superior process or a new reality and then attract migration to it as part of the change instead of fighting with dimensions of an outdated reality which does not deliver full value.
