Hidden is 'knowledge' in acknowledgement ! Only inspiring leaders are blessed. Most under-prepared leaders are able to recognize errors and shortcomings but are unfortunately, not able to recognize achievements.  Hidden is 'knowledge' in 'acknowledgement'. When you are not acknowledged, do not undermine your achievements. The problem is with the knowledge of the person who fails to acknowledge. Unfortunately, people being emotional tend to hurt themselves because they thrive on recognition. The day you stop worrying about recognition, you will feel free like a bird and your achievements will thence soar.
