When the glass is full, people lose their ambition, have no dreams to work for and lose their strive. Why for should they strive when the glass is already full? The glass should therefore always be kept only half-full and a wise leader keeps his team motivated to exert & strive to fill the balance half. He pours contents of the full glass into a larger container so that team always sees only the half full glass and works with dedication to refill the gap. The leader's job therefore is to manage a wise balance between the two states : - Happily Content: the team is happy, bonded, contented and having fun even when the content is only half full - Strivingly Ambitious : the team is fuelled and burning with ambition to achieve the full glass state.
