Delusions Of A Leader

'The Eye' is a beautiful analogy Gibran uses to explain the plight of Leaders with Vision (see doodle).

The people who can see ahead are often unable to convince their team members of what they see. The team members from their limited perspectives are also absolutely right but are unable to see the reality. They doubt what the leader says. At times they actually believe that the leader is under serious delusion ....

The only way such a team can succeed is to have the right leader, explain their different perspectives and then have full faith and confidence in leadership.

The leader and the followers have to all play their 'Confidence-Dependence' roles effectively, if the team has to succeed.
