Fast Changing Currents

Whilst it is necessary to define your Vision and set your goals to as far the point as you can see clearly, adversity will keep challenging the reality and will often out place your set goals.

You need to then take stock of the situation and keep going on and on and on... That is resilience. Can't stop going forward because the defined Vision and Goals have lost their relevance in the fast moving currents of the changing times.
