
Funny that we should genuinely believe that the world is changing at an unusual pace and yet unconsciously, give premium to behaviours that are conformist. Try a different dance on the old tune ... it will attract attention for a short period of time but once the novelty and newness wares off, the old patterns of the bygone genre will catch up and the new - scorned, ostricised and out-cast.
The transmission of culture and lineage happens gradually to onward generations thru imitation of heroes and idols. It is a slow process. Several attempts and multiple falls precede significant successes.

Formulas for old remedies need to be tuned to challenges of new ailments. Chronic and wicked problems are immunised. You need a new thought, a new approach, literally a different path to walk on ... a new chemistry. Old ways can only lead to old bays and your new journey may just be taking off from a different and unfamiliar bay. The train may be taking-off from a different platform !
We are often mistaken about what to stick-on to and what to concede change to. Where we should continue and where be different. Infact, isn't wisdom about that difference itself ?
Stick on to the agreed 'Purpose'. Stick on to 'Values'. Stick on to 'Authentic Relationships'. But endorse new styles, adopt different tools, ratify new paths. Above all trust new people. They may not be as experienced but certainly, they have a refreshing perspective which holds the key to new success.
