Miracle is an extraordinary and welcome event that is not explicable by natural or scientific laws or knowledge you bear and therefore its success is attributed to a divine agency. But such are Biblical miracles.
Some people think great miracles no longer happen, they no longer believe in it. But if they just started to believe, their eyes would be open to them as they could see miracles happen everyday in
real life on its breathing tracks. The world has experienced miracles from Doctors, Engineers, Pilots, Corporate Executives and many others that we did not interview. All of them have performed miracles.
A miracle when analyzed after you perform the same is actually a change in perception backed by confidence within to act and preassured by absolute adversity of the situation which could not wait for Change to happen by itself by sheer passage of time. Action had to happen and they took it !
Miracles lie deep down within each one of us. Only if we change our perception when we face challenges, have belief in the powers that lie hidden within us and are not worried of the consequences of action will we be able to perform these miracles often.
True for Corporate executives as well... some recalled events when never before, unknown and unexpected brand adversities hit their Cos. Worms from chocolates, pesticides from beverages, drastic malfunctioning of soft-ware designed for critical national projects, blasting mobile phones and food-poisoning on Star studded Cruizes.
Toothless leadership collapses. Brave leadership has guts, self-belief and creativity to change the perspective. That's when miracles happen.
Experience is good . Knowledge is greater. But sometimes, let the miracles within emerge.
