You can't select wrong and then blame Power for your mistakes !
Unless a position is embedded with requisite Power , execution & action delivery would be very difficult. Power thus is critical. Powerless leadership is antithesis.
Power does not corrupt. The Corrupt misuse Power. Your selection thus is wrong each time you see a leader going berserk with Power.
Leader selection is an art which most organisations have not yet mastered. Wrong leadership selection & hiring is the beginning of a crisis.
