Business Models are designed to maximise ability of the business to create value given opportunity in the Economic Markets at that time.They are like navigational maps. When following the pre-decided track becomes difficult, it is smarter to change the track to the route. Quickly adjust and modify. But if due to turbulence, the weather becomes tempestuous and the storm becomes tumultious, it is not wise to continue following such routes and tracks. It may then be critically wiser to change the game ! Plan to safely reach totally different and newer destinations than get killed and reach nowhere.
