We all at some time believe that there are Leaders in the system whose only full-time job is to focus on training and developing us to grow. That never happens in Corporates. We are mistaken. Leaders have many other deliverables too.
There will always be some stars in those dark nights that will shine. In that light, you will be able to see traces of your path. The wise will follow that path. The blind wait. And that will make all the difference.
It is the job of the Stars to shine. It is your job to find the traces of your path and walk on it.
