Talent Is A Leadership Mandate

Nothing is more critical in the organisation's success story than getting its critical positions manned by Right Talent Citizens. This role the CEO cannot abdicate by delegating it to HR and then using it as an explanation for poor performance to the Board.

Each time on the Board a leader explains 'Talent Deficiency' as an explanation to sliding performance, he doesn't realise that post his explanation, he has actually helped the the Board to realise where it has actually gone wrong.
