Some leaders and Coaches sadly attempt to analyse external behaviours without investing sufficient time to understand the inner constructs of your drivers & motivators. That is not really much different than having fun with face-readers you indulge in at picnic-spots!
If you do not experience inner peace & balance, you will only manifest external upheaval, disruption & turmoil. Coaching inputs focussed towards changing external behaviours in isolation is a valueless investment of professional time.
