Thoughts Sans Action

Great thoughts precede great actions. But great thoughts have no standing on their own. Unless great actions follow great thoughts, there is no leadership. It is only 'speechmanship'.

Great words without great action passes its time. Great actions inspired by great words maketh leadership.
