A foolish leader succumbs to pretentious humility and easily believes the false voice of the sycophants. However, a wise leader knows how to differentiate. They don't fall for praise, right or wrong, and know how to handle people

who seek favours.

Remember, the cheapest price you can pay for the favours you seek from the strong and powerful people in Chair is praise. Unfortunately, the wise leaders know it and the unwise are stipid ... they know it yet they want to believe it . God save them.
