Yet another Industry

We logically structured knowledge in a standard format and this ended up creating assembly line people products out of us. Industry absorbed these assembly line people as raw material in its Value Creation journey ... naturally, treating it like any other raw material. Unfortunately, the human spirit within rebelled & demanded differentiated emotional treatment, authentic connections & meaningful engagement. Managements realised this criticality. But, unfortunately, they created yet another assembly line industry dealing with People Engagement & Connections .
