Leadership and responsibility
Leadership has to do an authentic, meaningful and value-adding job. If the only job he plays is that of a document aggregator and document despatcher (all that in the name of a super delegating working style), he is fooling nobody. He is soon going to be discovered. The team should see the leader as an expert who does not normally have to do the routine work but the team can rely on him whenever they need expert advise. However, if he was previously a Pizza delivery man and continues to extend doing the same...(promptly aggregating & delivering papers from table to table for quick action), he would be shunned and not be acceptable in the long run as a leader.
