This one is for all C& B Mgrs who do such a critical task for their enterprise behind the curtain but randomly get recognised for the +role they play. The C&B Mgr has to have knowledge of the entire system, its culture &be fully involved in designing the talent eco-system..consequence of not doing so results in throwing away cash unnecessarily whilst designing the package offered to candidates. In a way, cash is the gap between EVPs expected & EVPs that the enterprise can afford. If the C&B Mgr knows what can be offered, the cash fill is naturally less. Alternatively,he cash dumps the package to make it attractive at the Cost of the Co. Imagine the consequence.
