Strength used indiscreetly makes you lose the war despite winning the battle.

To build strength is our solemn duty. But to use it discreetly is wisdom. Strength used indiscreetly makes you lose the war despite winning the battle. Not each time do you need to display the full range of your strength. Particularly, when not required...if the only purpose of your doing so is to put up an exhibition of your strengths before those who are weak and depraved. Display it in use only to the extent of its requirement. It is wisdom rather to build the capability of your team and allow them to display their strength appropriately. Only if they fall short, fill up the gap by using your strengths. That way you will be an admirable leader. But shy not from using it, if the situation so demands. What good would your stregth be if at the most critical time, it is kept in cold-storage !!! Strength is a great asset. Build it. But don't indiscreetly use it and make it your liability. Thats the best way to lose a winning game.
