Every time I address any Conference, Seminar or Convention or have a casual chat ..... with young trainees, junior executives, mid-career professionals or even early 40 CEOs, a question gets invariably asked...what is your Career Advise ??? Everyone seems to believe there is some secret magic dust which upon being sprinkled could put their careers back on track, again. Everyone seems to be on a frantic search for this magic dust which will accelerate their career. Career Rush is not in any ways less severe than Gold Rush. How do I tell them , the secret is that : You build your Career wise and slow.... from stage to stage, you let it flow !
