Steady Times are alert times

Tough times invite conscious action. Organisations enhance their focus & reframe themselves to fight-back. Their chances to protect and survive in this context are therefore high. It is in good times that Organisations tend to give up caution and Leadership is soft-lulled into a state of inertia. Inaction takes over. It is in this phase that Managing becomes tough and Leadership becomes a stiffer challenge.
