The gap between Vision and its realisation is filled by determination. Determination is much more that uttering brave words, momentarily. Such brave words may get applause but unless there is grave determination to back the dramatic words that spell out the resolve, it will never go beyond. Determination is what differentiates between 'brave' and 'bravado'. Determination is a positive emotional feeling that involves persevering towards a difficult goal despite obstacles. Overcoming obstacles is ardous and painful. Generally the pain that follows, tempts one to avoid and give up the resolve unless one's determination is strong enough to resist that temptation.  Your VISION is your determination to succeed expressed in prose and metrics. It motivates you to rise up when you fall for it shows you a committed destination that has to be reached.
