Only when you succeed in navigating your actions to match the north star of your 'purpose', will you be able to drive things you do with 'passion'. Rightly some say that your dreams are,  in a way,  the deepest desire of your subconscious to fulfill its purpose .  You have to find your own purpose in life. Mature leadership is about helping people find that purpose and and aligning that purpose with the larger collective purpose. It is not about forcing nor inducing others to accept or adopt your purpose.
