False knowledge essentially consists of misinformation or an incorrect understanding of a concept, fact, situation or belief in a person which one otherwise genuinely trusts or believes such information to be correct or doesn't have an inclination of that being erroneous or incorrect.

You would strongly get deceived and end up becoming a victim of your own beliefs and self delusions.

The most frequent and dangerous self-delusion or false knowledge which is destructive in nature is related to one's own self beliefs about his/her performances. Often people believe their performances to be the best in class, incomparable, transcendent and inimitable. But the truth may be different and that such performance by it's actual comparison may be good but not necessarily - the top class as one believes.

Allowed to fester, such delusions naturally would lead to conflicts, frustrations and self injuries which will have greater impact and hurt on the person himself or herself rather than the others in the universe involved in the transaction.

Periodically take feedback, do objective analysis, listen to others and try to live in a world of objective and verified reality is the counsel. That way it is much better than being someday badly injured and destroyed living in the world of ones own delusions.
