Am facilitating 'Doodle Dialogues' and the theme is 'Authentic Leadership'.

I believe that 'Authenticity' is the ultimate Goldstandard... the real Hallmark for leadership.
Think deep. A Leader who is not authentic is Hollow, Overblown, Crafty and Pompus. Followership is in crisis under immature & unauthentic Leadership behaviours.
Let's dialogue as friends around this theme and learn together. Can one afford to be Authentic in crafty markets and adverse times ? We will use doodles to provoke and nudge thoughts.
