Mediate and Synchronise
Whilst it is very crucial for our success that we communicate our thoughts to other people associated with us, it is CRITICAL before that for us to converse and mediate the conflicts that arise within ourselves. Our deep real feelings and our actions on ground need to be closely synchronized. Haven't we all come across situations and people whose actions and words clearly are out of step with each other ? Why others - have we not ourselves experienced this conflict in our own actions & behaviours ? This is the domain where a very high vulnerability for behavioural crashes arise. Self mediation is therefore very necessary to arrive at a congruent decision which is then has to be synchronized with our actions. This process necessariky precedes communication of our thoughts & actions with others. Corporate pangs generally arise as an outcome of clear deficiency in leadership self mediation & synchronisation.
