The world through the eyes of the CEO and the same world thru the eyes of the Executives placed at different levels in the organisational hierarchy are literally like looking at multiple different worlds.
At some levels, one can see, hear and speak, at some other levels - one only sees but not speak or hear contrary opinions and yet at some other levels - neither see, nor speak just do what one is told to. No opinions. Albeit the same world but the dimensions of the same are so amazingly different.
