Unless you ask the right question, the subsequent answer you will get, will not be right. Without the right questions, you will get a generally programmed standard answer which will appear to completed the task of answering and yet would not sensitively satiate your exact expectations, needs and desire from the Answer you are seeking.
The problem is in not being able to ask the pin-pointed question.
Success of an answer to be classified as complete and appropriate is hidden in the precise laser sharpness of the question you ask. This is an art which needs to be developed over time.
3 things you need to do to sharpen your question :
a. From the larger answer, identify the crux of the issue by distilling the dilution.
b. Ask, what is the exact purpose for which the question is being asked. If it looks like the answer is all over other than hitting the G Spot, then refine the question
c. Filter your answer with the original Question that you had in mind to see of the mischief is removed and the problem is sorted.
Voltaire rightly said ... Judge the man more by the questions he asks rather than the answers he gives..
The Quality of your Question determines the value of your Answer.
