If I were to measure the performance of a leader in a challenging situation, I would only use these 5 domains to set his targets on... 1.Speed to Capacity 2.Actual Time to Target 3.Grit displayed to challenge 4.Engagement to Delusion 5.Connection to Strategy I think that often due to lack of clarity, we take a plateful of targets and metrics ( and ofcourse, one can argue the logic for it) ... and all that we really end up getting is a hodge-podge stew.
