Suppressing Emotions

When we suppress expressing our emotions, it leads to stress. P⁰ Such a state of stress sets off a chain of events and triggers psycho-somatic reactions throughout our bodies. It increases our heart rate, slows digestive functions and makes us feel anxious or depressed.
Better therefore for one to expresses emotions than becomes apathetic and suppresses emotions. Suppressed emotions are like time-bombs waiting to blast.
